January VIP- Classic Kids

Hey everyone, and welcome to this month's VIP New Product Tour with My Favorite Things!

If you aren't familiar with the VIP Package it is a LIMITED QUANTITY product (NOT a one-day product - it will be available until it sells out), that allows you the opportunity to purchase new, unreleased sets TWO weeks early. Normally, we release the new Who's That Girl for the VIP package, but this month, we decided to change it up!! Instead of Who's That Girl, you will get TWO new Pure Innocence sets!! This month's package is:

Pure Innocence Classic Kids VIP Collection $26.50
Pure Innocence Violin Girl stamp set
Pure Innocence Blowing Bubbles stamp set
Classic Kids Sentiments mini (VIP exclusive stamp set - will never be offered for sale or be available again $9 value, FREE)
Monarch Border Die-namics Die

Awesome, right??!! Let's get to my cards!!

For my first card, I started with the new Pure Innocence Blowing Bubbles. I paired her with Pure Poppy(PTI), Berrylicious, and Celery card stock. She was stamped on X-Press It Blending card and colored with Copics, as well as, paper pieced with some MME Fine and Dandy Girl paper. My ribbon is from PTI, and my twine is from the Ribbon Carousel(Honeydew). I also used Michael's brads, and the new Monarch Border Die-namics being released with the kit!
My sentiment was cut out with the First Place Award Die-namics.

For the inside, I used a sentiment from the VIP sentiment set, and some more of the same supplies!

For my second card, I started with the Pure Innocence Violin Girl set. I stamped her on X-Press It blending card, and then colored her with my Copics. Her dress was paper pieced with some MME paper- So Sophie. I used more of the paper for the background, and layered her with Eggplant Envy, More Mustard, and Fossil. I also used the Monarch Border Die-namics on this card, as well as, the Rolled Scalloped Flower Die-namics, and the leaves from the Branch with Leaves Die-namics. My ribbon is Leather Tan Seam Binding from the Ribbon Carousel. I also used some Michael's brads. My sentiment was cut out with the First Place Award Die-namics.

For the inside, I used more of the same supplies, and dies, and more of the paper. I also used another sentiment from this set.

Here are the Die-namics I have used:

Well, that is it for me for now!! Be sure to check out Kim's Blog for a full list of designers participating in today's post!!

RCC36- Make a Wish

Hey everyone, and welcome to this week's Ribbon Carousel Challenge. This week's challenge is brought to us by Some Odd Girl stamps, and we are having SO much fun with their CUTIE pie images!! If you aren't familiar with their store, each RCC crew member has used a different one, so be sure to head on over to the RCC blog to see what everyone has created!!

For our challenge this week, Danielle Lounds was gracious enough to share one of her "Go To Sketches."

For my card, I used the ADORABLE digi stamp, Balloon Kaylee. She is SO fun!! I started by printing her out on X-Press It Blending card, and then colored her with my Copics. After coloring her, I cut her out and layered her with Blue Raspberry, Sour Apple, and Pixie Pink. I then used some yummy MME Oh La La for Her paper for my slanted panels. My ribbon is Green Organdy, and some yummy Caribbean Twine from the Ribbon Carousel. My other embellishments are Creative Express Spiral Clips, Silver Brads from Michael's, and the Dog Tag Die-namics from MFT. I also used a sentiment from MFT, from the à la mode Genie set.

Well, that is it for me for now!! Be sure to check out the other RCC girls who have posted for today!! Their cards, and links to their blogs will be on the Ribbon Carousel Blog post for this challenge!! Thanks for stopping by!!
